All in black

El negro ha sido siempre un color que no conoce de modas. Siempre se lleva, en toda época del año y de todas las formas. Ahora en invierno hay una forma de llevarlo que me gusta especialmente y es llevar todo un look en negro, con algún detalle de color. Yo lo he usado con botas y bolso color camel.

Black, has always been a color that never goes out of fashion. Now in winter there is a way to wear it that I particularly like. It consists in wearing a total outfit in black and to put some color on it. In my case, I use this trend with camel boots and bag.

El jersey y los leggins son de Zara(de la nueva temporada), la chaqueta de H&M, las botas de Fun & Basics.

The jumper and leggins are from Zara(new), the jacket from H&M and the boots from Fun & Basics.

Fur coats

Pieles, nuestras aliadas en invierno. Cada día se nota más que estamos ya en pleno invierno. Como dice el dicho, ante el mal tiempo buena cara, así que ¿qué mejor que abrigarse para salir a la calle con abrigos de piel?. Hay de diversos tipos, pero sin duda los que más me gustan son los que tiene detalles en piel, más que los enteros de esta materia. Os dejo aquí algunos a ver que os parecen!

Fur coats, our allies in winter. We couldn't denny any longer that winter has come. There is an adage that says "to bad weather, better face", so what better than to bundle up to go outside?. There are different types of fur coats, but I prefer the ones that have some details of this material rather than those that are made all of it.

Ladies

Todas las mujeres, llevamos una pequeña princesa dentro. Pero, ¿Por qué nos empeñamos la gran mayoría de las veces en esconderla?

Every women has a little princess inside her but, why are we trying most of the times to hide it?

Desde siempre, las mujeres hemos sido conscientes de que nuestro punto fuerte es nuestra feminidad. Si, tal cuál habéis escuchado. Los hombres la valoran por encima de todo, lo cual considero que es lógico. Lo que nos diferencia y hace ser especiales es precisamente el hecho de ser como somos. ¿Por qué no potenciar eso? ¿Por qué no transmitir con nuestra forma de vestir esta idea?

Historically, women have been aware that their strength resides in femininity. Yes, as you've heard. Men value in a woman above everything else this quality, as it is from my point of view logical. What make us different is precisely what we are. So,  why not enhance that?, why not transmit this idea in our dressing?

Este es el estilo que yo llamo lady chic y es indudablemente uno de los que mejor nos sientan a las mujeres. Faldas tubo o anchas, pero que marquen bien la cintura, por ejemplo con cinturones. Las gabardinas y blusas, todo un acierto. Las gafas, para las más atrevidas.

This is the style that I called lady chic and it is undoubtedly one of the looks that fix better in women. Tube or wide skirts, but always marking the waist by using for example belts. Raincoats and blouses, perfect for this style!. Sunglasses if you dare to.

Puedes hacer uso de este tipo de estampados en faldas, camisas, pantalones, vestidos... en resumen, con todo! Al ser ya de por sí, llamativo, normalmente favorece más combinarlo con tonos neutros como negros, marrones o grises, pero eso al gusto de cada una!

You can use these kind of prints on skirts, blouses, trousers... to sum up, with everything! As it is striking itself, it is normally used with neutral tones like black, grey or brown, but this depends on your liking!

No es del todo una novedad esta prenda que os traigo, pero sin embargo, aunque yo llevo con mi capa más de un año es ahora cuando empiezan por fin a ponerse de moda y a verse por las tiendas! Las puedes encontrar más formadas con agujeros en ellas para sacar las manos, o más estilo "manta". En cualquiera de las dos formas son sin duda todo un acierto!. 

It is not entirely a new trend the piece that I am going to show you today, but however, though I've got this cape one year ago, it is now when there are finally starting to become fashionable. You could find more elegant types or others more like a "blanket". Either styles would be a total success!.

Os enseño ahora la mía. Es de Zara del año pasado y desde que me la compré no he dejado de usarla!. Otro detalle del look de hoy que me gustaría remarcar, es el uso de dos pulseras iguales, una en cada brazo, con cualquier prenda. Es una forma curiosa de conseguir que un jersey sencillo, parezca que lleva incorporadas las pulseras como si fuesen parte de él. Os animo a probarlo! 

I am going to show you now mine. It is from Zara and since I bought it last year, I can't stop using it. Another important detail of today's outfit that I want to enhance is the trend of using two identical bracelets, one in each arm, so that it looks like the garment itself takes this detail. I encourage you to try it!

Este invierno están de moda las bufandas de todo tipo! Si, si tal y como escuchas! Las hay de lana bien abrigaditas, más clásicas y la novedad: las que yo denomino "aros". Estas últimas son bufandas con forma de círculo, mucho más cómodas porque no tienes que pensar ni como colocarlas!. A continuación os pongo algunos de los ejemplos más bonitos que he encontrado para que os inspiren!

Estamos viendo por todos lados tachuelas, así que ¿por qué no en los pantalones?. Atrévete y combínalos con una parte de arriba más formal consiguiendo así un contraste que personalmente, ¡me encanta!. 

We are seeing everywhere different types of tacks, so why not in shorts?. Dare to try to combine them with more formal clothes achieving by this an amazing contrast. 

También puedes usarlos con un jersey amplio, pero eso sí, que se vea el pantalón aunque sea levemente por abajo. Espero que os gusten y que os sirvan mis consejos!. Los pantalones son de Primark nuevos, el jersey (nuevo) y las bailarinas de Zara, y la blusa (antigua) de Masssimo Dutti.

You can also use them with large sweaters but if so, the short should appear below the jumper. I hope that you like it!. The shorts are from Primark (new), both the jumper (new) and the shoes are from Zara and finally, the blouse (old) is from Massimo Dutti.

En los pequeños detalles reside el secreto! Todo el mundo muchos días, por no decir todos, se encuentra ante una situación parecida. Abrimos el armario y no sabemos que ponernos... Toda una pesadilla! Pues bien, he aquí una lección que voy a enseñaos hoy!. ¡Fijaos en los pequeños detalles! Todo un look puede pasar de una cosa sencilla a algo excepcional por ellos y muy poca gente los tiene en cuenta. Uno de mis trucos favoritos de los pequeños detalles son las puntillas o encajes.

Hay mil formas de usarlas!En jerseys, mangas, camisas, faldas... Si se usan bien son elegantes e incluso sexys, pero mal usadas pueden ser una auténtico desastre! Como digo yo mucho, en la sencillez está el buen gusto. Nunca abuses de ellas, sabe decir mas quien insinúa que quien muestra todos sus encantos.

En las fotos de a continuación os muestro dos maneras muy simples de usarlas con las "camisetas lenceras". En el look llevo una superposición de dos camisetas con detalles de puntillas. El jersey era muy ancho por el escote y se me ocurrió que qué mejor que decorarlo para darle un toque original!

Las tres prendas de las fotos son de Zara, el jersey en concreto de la nueva temporada. El collar por su parte, es de Fun & Basics.

I love to use them with "lingerie shirts". In today's look, I am wearing a combination of two shirts of this type with a jumper that was quite open at the neckline. The three clothes are from Zara and the necklace is from Fun & Basics.

¿Traje o falda?

Dress or skirt?

Una cosa que me encanta hacer es usar los trajes como falda consiguiendo tener dos prendas en lugar de una. En esta ocasión, hice uso del traje que hace unos pocos días os enseñé con la chaqueta militar pero acompañándolo de un jersey fino agarrado con un cinturón a la altura del ombligo, para que tuviese el mismo efecto y caída que una falda. Os iré enseñando más vestidos con los que uso este truco, pero suelen ser por lo general vestidos sencillos para poder combinarlos de diferentes formas y con diferentes tejidos.

One of the things I love is to use dresses as skirts achieving by this to have two clothes instead of one. This time, I use the dress that I´ve showed you with the military jacket few days ago but combining it with a light sweater held by a belt so that it looks like a skirt. I will show you more types of dresses with which I use this trick! They are usually very simple ones.
